I first started looking for a better way to eat when I was 21.

My lifestyle in the army helped me maintain a relatively healthy weight and body composition. But I knew that I wasn’t treating my body well and I was demanding a lot from it. Overview of the WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge

Week 1: Foundations & Emotional Eating

We start at the beginning: shifting your food mindset and eating behaviors. Week one teaches you why you crave certain foods and hate others. If you’re an emotional eater, yo-yo dieter, or sugarholic you’ll gain huge insights here.

COACHING: In this first week, there will be 3 coaching calls to make sure you start building a strong foundation and set yourself up for success.

Week 2 – 3: Sugar Transition – Part 1

These two weeks are about releasing your dependency on processed sugars. If you’ve been helpless to your sweet tooth, weeks two and three will have those cravings fading fast.

COACHING: There will be 3 coaching calls in the second week to provide you with the right support to start this powerful transformation. From week 3, there will be a minimum of 1 call per week (depending on your package).

Week 4 – 5: Learning to LOVE The Good Stuff

During these two weeks, you’ll train your body to love eating only whole, unprocessed foods.
